GRN Mid-Cities was founded on Valentine’s Day, 2013 by Blair Lewis to bring bespoke recruiting services to the financial services industry. While GRN Mid-Cities is relatively young in existence, Blair brings 20 years of industry experience in wealth and asset management to every search GRN Mid-Cities conducts.
Blair Lewis founded GRN Mid-Cities to leverage his financial industry background to improve the recruiting experience for both the client and candidate. Blair used a recruiter for each position in his career and realized that having direct experience within the industry was a rarity. After working on his first few recruiting projects, Blair saw first-hand how his career experience led to candidates being more willing to discuss a new career opportunity because they felt they were speaking with a trusted peer.
Building trust with candidates is the key to bringing successful, happily-employed candidates to the table. Being able to share a career opportunity with familiarity and understanding is essential to attracting high-quality candidates. Blair Lewis, President
Blair Lewis is the President of GRN Mid-Cities and leads the executive retained search division. This division focuses on: Asset Management, RIAs, FinTech, Wealth Management, and Private Equity.
Before founding GRN Mid-Cities, Blair surpassed expectations in financial product sales at companies including Deutsche Bank, Cohen and Steers, and ING Funds. He has served leadership roles such as Master’s Council, Vice-President, and Senior Vice-President positions.
As President of GRN Mid-Cities, Blair taps into his experience in the finance industry to help companies acquire the best talent for strategic hiring initiatives. His unique professional experience of working in two start-up firms and two multi-national corporations imparted a passion for team building. His work as an executive recruiter is inspired by that passion today.
Blair is excited about building the best teams possible within an organization. He believes this is best done by evaluating culture, needs, expectations, and desire – not just a qualifying résumé.
Blair graduated with a B.S. in Business Management from Texas A&M University and studied Theology at TCU’s Brite Divinity School. Blair lives in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with his wife and daughter. He spends his free time supporting his daughter’s varsity swim team, competing in CrossFit with his wife, and traveling the world.
Tamra Siebenthall, VP of Recruiting
Tamra Siebenthall, aka, “The Wholesaler Whisperer” joined GRN Mid-Cities in 2014 and has been a leader on our team ever since. Tamra has a unique ability to connect with candidates and builds lasting relationships with our clients.
Tamra has a passion for recruiting Business Development positions and excels by continually finding top performers for our clients.
Tamra was awarded VP of Recruiting in 2018 when she achieved Platinum Level status within the Global Recruiters Network. Tamra enjoys mentoring other recruiters and is often asked to lead training sessions for both new and experienced recruiters.
Tamra was born and raised in Tuttle, Oklahoma and graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Business Management.

Pam DuBois joined Global Recruiters Network in 2012 with over 15 years of experience in executive search and research.
Pam’s recruiting expertise is currently targeted in: Asset and Wealth Management, with specialties in executive leadership & distribution at GRN Mid-Cities.
Prior to joining GRN, Pam had a career in Credit Management. Pam transitioned into advertising. Wanting to leverage my experience and people skills, an executive recruiting firm enticed Pam to join them and she has been in recruiting ever since.
Pam’s industry focus has varied over the years, today she focuses on asset and wealth management, leveraging her 15+ years working in engineering, manufacturing, and renewable energy.
When not working, pam loves to spend time with her husband and our two rescue dogs, Augie & Bailey. Pam is a big sports fan who LOVES the Cardinals and Blues, and tries to love the Mizzou Tigers. In addition to sports, Pam is an amateur photographer and “crazy plant lady”.
Devan Piccone, Search Consultant
Devan joined GRN Mid-Cities in 2021 bringing close to a decade of experience in the finance industry.
Devan began his career as a Financial Advisor after graduating from St. John Fisher College with a B.S. in Business Management. Devan then transitioned his career in wholesaling financial products at DWS Investments and Neuberger Berman.
As a Search Consultant with GRN Mid-Cities, Devan leverages his experience in finance and relationship building to help source the best candidates for our clients.
Devan lives in Upstate New York with his Fiancée, Danielle. He loves to golf, travel, and is a rabid sports fan supporting the Buffalo Bills and Syracuse Orange.
Devan’s recruiting efforts focus on: Asset Management, Broker-Dealers and RIAs.
